Our Impact
The impact of CWJC and CMJC is greater than the numbers. In rural and urban locations, Christian Job Corps is providing opportunities for women and men to address and then move on from past mistakes. A way to address the trauma in their life and move to healthy relationships with self and others. A way to overcome the lack of resources/education to move into rewarding work. As one graduate so clearly stated at her graduation, “My son will not have to worry if there will be food tomorrow or if there will be lights in the house so he can do his homework, generational poverty ends here today, because of you.”

Our Sites
CWJC and CMJC sites across North Carolina and in Uganda and South Africa are designed to serve the needs of their communities with the resources of that same community. Sites are developed on the Biblical Basis of Poverty (Genesis 1-2) which defines poverty as broken relationships with self, others, resources and God. All the component skill sets, both job and life, are designed to allow participants to repair and strengthen those relationships.
Each site is unique in their approach to ministry in their location.
